Come explore the ancient healing system of Ayurveda and how to integrate it into your daily life at home or on your yoga mat during the spring months. This workshop will begin with a discussion on the main characteristics of the three Ayurvedic doshas; Vata, Kapha, and Pitta. Take a dosha quiz to identify any doshic imbalances you are experiencing during this Kapha season. Followed by a Kapha pacifying asana practice that is warming and energizing to alleviate congestion in the lungs with improved circulation throughout the lymphatic system. We’ll seal our practice with a guided meditation to promote a sense of confidence, lightness, and clarity.
