This 2-hour workshop will introduce the ancient healing system of Ayurveda to integrate into your daily lives at home or on your yoga mat during the fall/winter months. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required, just a playful curiosity to experience the wisdom of Ayurveda.

What you will learn:

  • Take a dosha quiz to determine your Vikruti or dosha imbalance.

  • Ayurvedic self-care techniques, daily routines, cleanses, and seasonal recipes to help regulate elimination and circulation.

  • Vata pacifying asana practice, pranayama, mantras, and mudras to support the nervous system and digestive organs.…ending with a guided meditation to promote a peaceful mind, stable emotions, space and energy to express yourself freely and creatively.

  • Plus enjoy a healthy seasonal dish prepared by Monica (the dish would be prepared in advance and enjoyed at the end of the asana/meditation practice.)

What to bring: Yoga mat and journal.
